The problem

A small company can spend surprising amounts of time maintaining the tools meant to save it time. Customer promises live in messages, ownership is implicit, and follow-up depends on someone remembering.

The product direction

Threadlane connects a customer request to one owner and a clear next step. Its starting point is a lightweight view of active commitments, with enough history for a teammate to pick up the work.

What interests us

We are interested in tools that reduce coordination work without adding another layer of administration. A useful product should fit the way a small team already works and make an important omission harder to miss.

The evidence that matters

A team should be able to point to fewer dropped commitments, a shorter handoff and less time spent asking for an update. Daily active use alone would not establish that value.
